Highlights from my tenure at Palm Restaurant Group, 2011-2019

I joined The Palm in 2011, as the iconic brand was celebrating its 85th anniversary. What began as a 3-day assignment turned into a 9-year run, starting when I was hired to write, direct and produce a short documentary chronicling 85 years of The Palm restaurants. My research for the film introduced me to four generations of Palm stories – often told by the players themselves – giving me an insider’s view into the business that prepared me for later brand leadership roles as Brand Experience Manager and ultimately Director of Brand Experience, with a seat at the executive table. In those capacities, I focused on bringing the brand back to life through all channels of marketing communication and brand storytelling, in alignment with its original promise and customer expectation.

My role in the photography featured here was that of Creative/Art Director, ensuring high production value content true to The Palm’s veritable North Star.
